酒店的位置和環境沒得説，絕對是你能去到的冷門玩雪聖地的最佳位置。衝著豪生的品牌和服務去的，高價卻沒能換來高質量的服務。剛到酒店，前台衹有一個人接待，告知電壓不足，電梯不能使用，衹能走樓梯，行李箱也沒有工作人員幫着拿。因為帶着小朋友，告知前台需要加被子，被前台告知第二天很忙，沒有多的被子，後來去找房間客服軟磨硬泡，拿到了一床被子。因為到店已經快下午兩點，詢問酒店午餐有嗎，被告知已過飯點，沒有午餐，要吃午餐衹有開車十多分鐘去景區門口吃。住宿感受：床墊偏硬，可供洗澡的熱水？對不起，是沒有的。熱水準確説叫温水，衹能供洗臉刷牙使用，我試着洗了下澡，在冰雪天冷到發抖，上床捂了兩個小時腳才暖和過來。早餐品種極少，沒有咖啡沒有茶沒有果汁沒有其他飲料，盛菜的餐盤沒有加熱，在冰雪天吃冷菜，衹有粥是熱的。早餐時間也很短，8點才開餐，9點半就結束。就餐時沒有服務人員在旁。總體感覺整個酒店就沒幾個服務人員，問前台，前台説人少，好多員工放假了。沒搞懂，節假日不是該增加人手嗎？總體評價環境一流位置一流，要打造豪生品質，還有大量工作要做。

酒店在孟獲城景區裏面，在森林裏麪，環境清幽，適合帶小朋友或者寵物，可以在景區裏面徒步。酒店設施和城市裡麪的豪生比較肯定有差距。但是在少數民族的景區裏面還是算不錯的。在酒店住可以把車開到景區裏面，但是遊玩還是衹能坐景區觀光車（酒店可以幫忙預約）

沒住過如此差的豪生。進屋衞生間地面全是水，倒也馬上解決了。緊接着就是一堆糟心事，衞生間的門不知道設計者是幹啥吃的，把户外的設計到室內，還是進出非常多的門。我相信每個住進酒店的客人都想找個東西把門抵到，免得一直扇一扇的不方便還容易夾手。洗澡水屁熱屁熱的，這麼冷的天根本洗不熱和，最關鍵的是浴巾居然是濕的，每張都是濕的。雙床房枕頭衹有兩個，豪生這個級別的酒店難道不是四個枕頭的配置嗎，我一家三口還要找服務員要枕頭。被套枕套都有不乾淨的地方，特別讓人不舒服。最後就是早餐，可以用什麼都沒有來形容，素菜衹有一個，土豆絲。熱飲衹有牛奶，豆漿咖啡都沒有。連現煮的麪米線都沒有。以上種種，我看到從2022年就開始接連差評，但酒店衹道歉從無改變。不知這個所謂的豪生打算得過且過多久！

春節出行，預料到了雅西高速要堵車…長途跋涉必須找個地方休息避開擁堵回程，因為帶了寵物所以篩選了寵物友好的酒店，看了環境酒店位置不錯上高速方便也寵物友好故而預訂了休息一晚…結果遇到了糟心的事情！
已經不想吐槽酒店掛着豪生的名義，卻設施房間設備的各種問題…..酒店前台的態度是我這麼多年走了這麼多地方最差的！辦理入住過程中，我們像欠了前台小妹的錢一樣…..各種給我們甩臉色，問的各種問題也是給你很不耐煩的回答！直到我們開始問她工號，別人也覺得無所畏，直接説我讓我們經理來處理吧….真的是絕絕子.在經濟下行的期間，各酒店都在卷服務，基礎配套等等….一個能投開發的景區，招聘的就是這樣的服務員麼？還是酒店連基礎培訓和要求都沒有？從來在攜程不作差評的…第一次來打了這個低分，給大家參考…也喜歡有能投的領導大佬們能看到…這麼大的投資項目因為服務不到位缺失了客户是多大的損失！

酒店不像五星級，平時400多，週末接近700，酒店前台都沒有標準服務員，到了後喊半天才有人辦理入住，6點前車不能開進去，我們是6點後才開進去的，第二天本來想開車上山逛逛，結果被開觀光車的本地***恐嚇，説自己不能開車上去，要坐他們的觀光車才行，否則就打電話叫人，還不斷拍我們車牌，就出門要對我們罰款，這裏雖然風景原生態，但旅遊的人不多，人身安全受到威脅，還帶有強制消費的性質，不建議一家人或個人旅遊！在這裏你會體會到什麼叫我的地盤我做主！

房間乾淨，整潔，14：00後入住，住在原始森林裏的酒店 空氣特別好，避暑勝地，太涼快了，我們去的時候剛好是雨後晴天，特別漂亮，可以在酒店叫景區的擺渡車去景點玩（收費30元/天），提前預約很方便，自駕的話建議18：00後開車進入景區，如果提前到可以停在景區外，十元一次，有小朋友的話建議晚餐就在酒店吃很划算，不貴，我們點的兩砂鍋湯，3大4小都沒吃完，
